I guess it makes sense to start this site with the first hardcore shirt I ever bought, a bootleg of the cover of the first DRI album. I picked it up at a downtown head shop for $5. DRI were the soundtrack to my high school years along with the other classics like SNFU, Dayglo Abortions, Minor Threat, DK, Black Flag, etc. The first two DRI albums, self-titled and Dealing with It, are classics, but Crossover and Four of a Kind are pretty ace in my books as well. It all started going downhill with Thrash Zone and I stopped listening to them after Definition. I saw them once on the Definition tour and I'd have to say it was a killer show, they played a good mix off all their records and the place went nuts for them.|||113193823547105573|||
