One of my favorite records of late is the new Some Girls album "Heaven's Pregnant Teens." With most of the tracks clocking in under the 1 minute mark "Heaven's Pregnant Teens" is a unrelenting mix of chaos and distortion made memorable because of the band members experience and ability to write kick ass songs. They also do a killer remake of PiL's "Religion II".
The artwork is bang on. It's blasphemous depiction of a pregnant nun is made effective by the stark black and white imagery, and subtle use of gold to liven things up.

I had no luck trying to find a shirt online that had the cover art, until I stumbled across a post on a message board this week for someone selling one on ebay (pictured above). The front of the shirt has the cover art, but if you flip the shirt inside out it has the linear notes artwork which depicts the pregnant nun looking a little worse for wear. Apparently they were only selling them on their recent tour, but hopefully they will make them available through their site or one of their respective labels.|||114088344916393486|||
